We take forgotten and overlooked spaces and turn them into beautiful venues that defy convention. We specialise in creating destination spaces, focused on food, drink, happy people and good times. Our aim is always to transport our customers ‘somewhere else’, transforming unloved corners of London and the UK into unforgettable days and nights out.
Whatever the venue, the experience comes first. We frequently change our dining, drinking and events concepts, regularly revamping and re-launching themes, restaurants and sites to keep things fresh and current for our customers.
The story so far…
2015 – We open our first street food dining experience in Shepherds Bush Market
2016 – We transform a forgotten rooftop into a 600 capacity garden in the sky, Pergola on the Roof
2017 – We open sister venue Pergola Paddington, an 850 capacity urban forest. We also open The Prince – a glorious Victorian boozer, a street of restaurants, and an all-weather woodland garden. Next W12 Studios joins the family, an ex BBC recording studio, reimaged as our first bricks and mortar bar.
2018 – Pergola Olympia launched, a year-round rooftop botanical bolthole featuring three restaurants and a bar and overlooking Kensington Olympia.
2019 – We surpassed the one million visitors milestone. We also headed south, opening Lost In Brixton on a secluded rooftop in the heart of Brixton Village.
2020 – We surpassed 2 million total visitors. In October we opened Filth&Co at The Prince and in December we transformed Pergola Paddington into ‘Miracle on Kingdom Street’, a winter wonderland.
2021 – We opened Pergola on the Wharf a 700 capacity botanical paradise located in Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf.
Next up, we opened Percy’s in Kensington, a late-night neighbourhood spot complete with a hidden tequila bar.
2022 – We opened Dear Grace in White City and have our eyes open for more spaces to transform into unforgettable experiences.
