Pergola Paddington opens, an 850 capacity rooftop urban forest. It proved a huge hit, attracting 180,000 visitors in it’s first 26 weeks. In the same year, we open The Prince – a glorious Victorian pub with a whole street of restaurants and an all-weather woodland garden under one roof. The Prince is the crown jewel of West Brompton.
Pergola Olympia, a year-round rooftop botanical bolthole opens. With three restaurants and bar overlooking Kensington Olympia, we had 15,695 people booked in before the doors even opened. W12 Studios also joined the family, a former BBC recording studio located in White City reimagined as a bricks and mortar bar.
We surpassed the one million visitors milestone. We also headed south, opening Lost In Brixton on a secluded rooftop in the heart of Brixton Village. It attracted 40,000 visitors in it’s first eight weeks
We surpassed 2 million total visitors.
In October we opened Filth&Co at The Prince, our ‘better burger’ concept.

We opened Pergola on the Wharf, a 700 capacity botanical paradise located in Crossrail Place, Canary Wharf.
Next up, we opened Percy’s in Kensington, a late-night neighbourhood spot complete with a hidden club room.
