As a founder and CEO of Incipio Group, he has helped build one of the UK’s most exciting hospitality businesses, known for creating ambitious, experience-led venues that push beyond the expected. Today, Ed leads the strategic direction, culture and growth of the company, driving the bold thinking and entrepreneurial spirit that sits at the heart of Incipio Group

Josie Adams

PEOPLE DIRECTOR

Before joining Incipio Group, Josie was Head of Learning and Development at Young's, where she played a leading role in shaping the company’s award-winning training programmes, people development and culture. Throughout her career, Josie has built a strong reputation for creating high-performing teams and progressive workplace cultures, earning industry-wide recognition for her impact across multiple hospitality businesses

MELLISSA BINDON

PROPERTY DIRECTOR

Mellissa began her hospitality career in Ireland with Fallon & Byrne in a project management role, before moving to London to work with Richard Corrigan Restaurants and later Gordon Ramsay Restaurants. Since joining Incipio Group in 2018, Mellissa has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth, leading the development and delivery of a number of its venues while overseeing the wider property portfolio across the group

Lauren Courtney

FINANCE DIRECTOR

Before joining Incipio Group, Lauren spent four years at the National Audit Office, leading audits across a diverse portfolio of high-profile organisations including the BBC and the Victoria & Albert Museum. During this time, she qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA), building the commercial and financial expertise that now underpins her role within the business. At Incipio, Lauren oversees the group’s financial operations and commercial performance, helping support the continued growth of the business across its portfolio.

Rory Graham

MARKETING & BRAND DIRECTOR

Rory began his career in hospitality as part of the team behind the award-winning modern Indian restaurant Kricket, helping grow the brand from a small pop-up into a celebrated multi-site business across London. He later held the role of Sales & Marketing Director at the award winning Night Group before joining Incipio Group. As Marketing and Brand Director, Rory leads the group’s brand, marketing and digital strategy, helping shape culturally relevant hospitality experiences across the portfolio.

Cormac Rawson

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

With more than 25 years of experience across the hospitality industry, Cormac joined Incipio Group as Operations Director following 11 years at Young's as an Operations Manager. During his time there, he oversaw a portfolio of 16 pubs and hotels, leading multiple acquisitions and major capital investment projects. At Incipio Group, Cormac brings extensive operational expertise and a strong track record of delivering high-performing hospitality businesses
