Incipio Group was born out of a simple idea: transform the overlooked into the unforgettable. It started in 2015 with Pergola on the Roof, a 800-capacity hideaway built on top of a BBC car park. The project, originally a short-term ‘meanwhile use’ space, captured London’s imagination and laid the foundation for a new kind of hospitality: design-led, experience-first, and always ahead of the curve.
From there, Incipio redefined pop-up culture, rolling out vibrant venues across London, all while turning temporary leases into powerful brand platforms. Today, the group’s portfolio includes permanent landmark destinations like The Prince, Pergola on the Wharf, and The Libertine; each a testament to the belief that where people come together matters.
